In 1931, E.P. McCollum started practicing law in Thomasville, Georgia.  His sons, Paul McCollum and Elliott McCollum, joined him in 1964 and 1971 respectively.  In 1976 Charles “Chuck” E. Rawlins joined the firm at its current location, originating the firm known as McCollum & Rawlins.  Since its inception, this firm has solidified a reputation for high quality legal services.  In the spring of 2012, attorneys Kevin S. Cauley and Vann K. Parrott joined the firm bringing with them a combined experience of over thirty years practicing law throughout Southwest Georgia.  The partners in the firm, Kevin S. Cauley and Vann K. Parrott, also maintain individual offices in the neighboring communities of Cairo and Quitman.
