Kevin S. Cauley is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, a Fellow of the Lawyers Foundation of Georgia, and a member of the South Georgia Bar Association.  He currently serves as general counsel for Grady County and the City of Whigham.  He is affiliated with the Thomas County Board of Realtors and serves as local counsel for the Southwest Georgia Board of Realtors.  In 2008 he was appointed by Governor Purdue as Solicitor General of Grady County, a part time position he still holds.

 

Kevin is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Georgia. He serves as a Trustee of Thomas University, has previously served as a Board Member and past President of the Cairo/Grady County Chamber of Commerce, Board Member and past President of the Cairo Kiwanis Club, and member of the Educational Endowment Committee. Kevin also is an active member of the Committee for Young Life Grady County, and he and his family are active members of First United Methodist Church of Cairo.

He has been chosen by the citizens of Grady County as the Young Professional of the year and a multiple winner of the annual People’s Choice Award for Best Attorney.

Vann K. Parrott is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He currently serves as general counsel for Brooks County, the Quitman Housing Authority, the Brooks County Development Authority, and the Presbyterian Homes of Georgia, Inc.  

Vann received his undergraduate degree from Valdosta State University where he was a founding member of the Mock Trial Team. He earned his law degree from the Mississippi College School of Law in 1998 and immediately returned to Quitman to begin his practice.

Vann is involved in numerous civic activities. He previously served as a member on the Leadership Georgia Board of Trustees. He serves as a member on the Board of Trustees for the Langdale Foundation and the Community Foundation of South Georgia, and is a member of the R. Warde Chamber Scholarship Committee. Vann is the Municipal Court Judge for the City of Quitman and the Associate Juvenile Court Judge for Brooks County. He and his family are active members of the United Methodist Church of Quitman.
